Summer is in full swing, and we’ve packed July with exciting ways to stay active, connect with your neighbors, and enjoy the season. Whether you're looking to relax, shop, or celebrate the community, there’s something for everyone.

Weekly Yoga in the Dundee Recreation Room
Tuesdays & Wednesdays | 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Join us for a relaxing and energizing yoga session each week. These classes are perfect for all levels and offer a great way to stretch, unwind, and find your inner calm.

Water Aerobics at the Waverley/Stuart Pool
Cool off while getting a great workout. Water Aerobics is low-impact and suitable for all fitness levels.

  • Mondays & Wednesdays | 1:30 – 2:30 PM

  • Tuesdays & Thursdays | 12:30 – 1:30 PM

Stay active while having fun in a supportive group setting.

Office Closure: Independence Day
Friday, July 4
The Leasing Office will be closed in observance of Independence Day. We hope you have a safe and enjoyable holiday weekend.

Community Yard Sale
Saturday, July 12 | 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Clear out your clutter or come hunt for unique finds. This is a great opportunity to shop, sell, and connect with neighbors.

Milwaukie Fest 2025
July 11 – 13
Celebrate Milwaukie’s community spirit with a weekend full of festivities.

  • Friday evening – Games and a movie in the park, hosted by North Clackamas Parks & Recreation District

  • Saturday – Main Street will be closed from 10 AM to 5 PM for live performances, vendors, crafts, family activities, a cornhole tournament, and more

  • Sunday – Kids’ Day at the Milwaukie Farmers Market, featuring a cherry pie contest and special vendor promotions
