Our Story

Welcome to Waverley Greens!

Family-owned since 1971, Waverley Greens includes seven distinct communities located on 26 wooded acres in historic Milwaukie. We offer a wide variety of apartment homes, many with spectacular Mount Hood and Willamette River views at price points that work for nearly any budget.

Every resident enjoys exceptional amenities that include a sports court, workout room, community pools, dog park, community garden, walking paths and beautiful landscaping. Our on-site maintenance crew is on call day and night.

Our friendly full-time staff offers a wide array of activities including summer music festivals, wine-tasting tours, yoga sessions, water aerobics, and various personal enrichment classes.

Environmental consciousness is in our DNA. We deploy the largest solar array of any apartment in Oregon. We offer electric vehicle connections to any resident in need. And in partnership with the Energy Trust, we have invested heavily in energy efficiency.

We believe in making life at Waverley Greens simple. That is why one monthly rental payment includes parking, water, sewer, waste disposal and even Xfinity high-speed internet and cable service. Few, if any, apartments offer such a comprehensive package. And unlike condominiums, our residents pay no property taxes or mortgage payments and suffer no special “assessments” or association meetings. We take care of everything. We even offer a unique long-term lease option.

Our philosophy contrasts with most corporate-owned developments. We believe in building community and are in it for the long haul. The results speak for themselves: Many residents stay not just for years but decades.
