May at Waverley Greens: Community, Sunshine & New Beginnings
May is here, and with it comes longer days, warmer weather, and plenty of opportunities to connect with your neighbors at Waverley Greens. We’re excited to share everything happening around the community this month—from weekly favorites to special events and seasonal openings!
Weekly Wellness & Social Events
Yoga (Free for All Tenants)
Join us Monday through Thursday from 12:00–1:00 PM in the Dundee Rec Room for a refreshing midday reset. Whether you're a beginner or experienced, all are welcome.
CRAFT Group
Every Friday from 1:00–3:00 PM in The Café, bring your own supplies and enjoy a relaxed afternoon of creativity and conversation with neighbors.
Happy Hour
Fridays from 4:00–7:00 PM at The Café—enjoy $1 off beer, wine, and ciders. Plus, keep an eye out for live music once a month!
Special Events
Bingo Night
Join us May 6th and May 20th from 5:00–7:00 PM in The Café for a fun evening with prizes and great company.
Food Truck Night
Mark your calendars for Tuesday, May 12th from 4:30–7:00 PM (or until sold out) on the Waverley Lawn. Amelia’s Mexican Food Truck #2 will be serving up delicious bites you won’t want to miss.
Mother’s Day: Massage & Mimosas
Celebrate Mother’s Day with a little relaxation! Join us Saturday, May 9th from 11:00 AM–4:00 PM at The Café.

Garden Opening
The community garden officially opens Friday, May 15th! Keep an eye on your email for your assigned plot and get ready for a season of growing.
Pool Season is Here!
Pools open on May 22nd!
Hours: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM daily
Please remember:
Use your assigned community pool
Bring your pool band with you at all times
Pool bands and keys are available in the office
Follow all posted pool guidelines to keep the space safe and enjoyable for everyone
The Café at Waverley Greens Update
The Café at Waverley Greens has new hours!
Now open Tuesday–Saturday from 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Closed on Sundays
Stop by for your morning coffee, an afternoon break, or to connect with neighbors.
Pet of the Month: Hailey
This month we’re featuring Hailey, a sweet and gentle pup with an inspiring story. Hailey was once a street dog in Mexico, and now she’s found her forever family right here at Waverley Greens. Her calm, loving nature has made her a cherished part of our community—we’re so lucky to have her!
