July is here, and Waverley Greens is buzzing with summer energy, community events, and plenty of ways to get outside, connect with neighbors, and enjoy everything our community has to offer.
From movie nights under the stars to weekly wellness classes and our annual yard sale tradition kicking off, there’s something for everyone this month.
Fourth of July Reminder
Please remember that fireworks are strictly prohibited at Waverley Greens Apartments to ensure the safety and comfort of all residents and pets.
Office Closure: The leasing office and the Cafe at Waverley Greens will be closed on Saturday, July 4th in observance of Independence Day.

Our June Movie Night was a huge success—we watched Grease and enjoyed a wonderful community evening under the stars. The Café at Waverley Greens provided candy, popcorn, and beverages for purchase, making it a perfect summer night.
We’re excited to keep the tradition going this month—bring a blanket or chair and join your neighbors for another great outdoor movie experience!

Community Garden in Full Bloom
Our community garden is thriving right now, and it’s one of the most beautiful spots on the property this summer. We encourage all residents to visit, enjoy the space, and appreciate the growing plants.
A friendly reminder about shared spaces:
The herb garden is available for all tenants to use
Please pick respectfully and in moderation so everyone can enjoy it
The compost bin is also available for resident use
When using compost, please stick to designated pathways and dispose of kitchen scraps properly
